In order to enroll, the following documents are required. We will make copies of many of these items when you come to register.
- Student's original birth certificate
- Proof of address-gas or electric bill or lease/mortgage agreement
- Immunization records-students will not be allowed to begin school until all required shots are present
- Student's social security card
- Parent or guardian's driver's license
Only parents or guardians may enroll a student.
