After several weeks of coordination with the organization and the AISD Transportation Department, we are so excited to (officially) announce that Blanton will now be offering bus transportation to the Boys and Girls Club (BGC) Headquarters after school to participate in their after-care program! We will continue to have Third Base, Creative Action and YMCA Extend-A-Care as our primary, on-campus partners, but we have been searching for a long time to find a solution for the Blanton families who have been stuck on a waitlist and unable to locate after school care.

This program is being provided at no cost to Blanton students!

Interested? Follow these steps:

• Click here to register and enroll with the BGC for their after school program!

• Click here to sign up your child for the bus from Blanton to BGC! (We will advocate for additional buses if needed, but space is limited at this point)

• Within a week, you will receive a call from our front office to confirm when your child can begin taking the bus after school.
